  1. Still Alarms (92%) - This type of run are handled by the on duty shift with one or two pieces of apparatus.  These types of runs are ambulance runs, motor vehicle accidents, smoke investigations, etc. 

  2. Shift Alarms (2.3%) – This type of run involves the entire duty shift being utilized. 

  3. Group C Recall (.3%) – This type of run involves the entire duty shift as well as a recall of two off duty groups.  The Group C Recall is utilized for all high hazard alarms.  These include all schools, apartment buildings, and commercial properties. 

  4. Group A Recall (3.5%) – This type of recall is utilized to recall one off duty group and is primarily used to cover the station when the duty crew is committed.

  5. Box 31 (1.8%) – The Box 31 is used to recall all personnel and it is primarily used for building fires and all major emergencies.
